Outbound Telemarketing Executive - Fleet Financial
Permanent, Full Time
Weekdays 9am to 5.15pm, with no weekend or evening work

We are now looking to recruit an Outbound Telemarketing Executive to support our business development strategy and help drive continued success.
The Role: As an Outbound Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, developing a strong pipeline of prospects, and maintaining accurate records on our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
About You:
Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone manner
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Track record of exceeding targets and KPIs
Self-motivated with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and colleagues
