Responsibilities

• Manage a residential block portfolio end-to-end.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
• Oversee contractors for planned and reactive works.

Skills

4+ years’ experience in residential block or estate management

Strong knowledge of service charge budgets

IT literate (Excel and property management systems)

Calm, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented

Confident dealing with challenging situations

Education

IRPM / TPI qualification (or working towards)

Tools

Property management systems (Dwellant ideal)
