A fast-paced RegTech startup is seeking a Marketing Manager to support ARR growth through effective marketing campaigns. This role includes planning and executing multi-channel marketing activities, managing content, and collaborating with sales teams to meet targets. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ marketing experience in B2B SaaS, software, or technology.
  • Comfortable working as a marketing generalist across digital channels.
  • Strong written communication skills and confident stakeholder management.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing activity across email/CRM, website, organic social, and paid support.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, and Customer teams to ensure marketing supports ARR goals.
  • Support product launches and feature releases with clear messaging.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure events run smoothly.
