Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Global Payroll team. The primary role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes for several of our locations with a particular focus on France. This hands‑on role is suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem solving, and is comfortable managing change.

This position offers the right candidate the opportunity to expand their skillset in new locations, actively contribute to establishing Payroll as a Centre of Excellence and be involved in several large‑scale projects.

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage the end‑to‑end payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Reconcile and review payroll data, including tax calculations, benefits, and other deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration between payroll, HR & Finance systems.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of payroll regulations, ensuring compliance in all jurisdictions.
  • Address payroll‑related inquiries and issues from employees & the business in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee payroll information.
  • Collaborate with external payroll service providers and assist in service level management and reporting.
  • Stay informed about best practices and industry trends in payroll processing.
  • Act as the SME for all things payroll within project workstreams and as required.
Skills & Experience
  • Excellent operational, legislative and best practice payroll knowledge of several of our locations with France being essential and US being highly advantageous. (Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, India, Malaysia, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, UK & US)
  • Experience working with global payroll providers
  • Internal and external payroll audit leadership
  • Process design and documentation
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Proactive and analytical approach
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (French language skills are desirable)
  • Project experience
  • SOX controls desirable
  • Equity processing experience desirable
  • M&A experience desirable
  • 5+ years work experience in payroll role
