We have an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join the Building Safety Team at Midland Heart as a Compliance Administrator. This is the great chance to join a high-achieving team and expand your knowledge and experience within the Social Housing sector.
Your role will be to provide full administrative support across building maintenance, safety and compliance services ensuring that our homes meet the highest safety standards, both now and into the future. This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same.

Midland Heart operates Smart Working practices, through which colleagues deliver services from the location they're best delivered on any given day. The successful candidate should therefore expect to work from a Midland Heart site a minimum of 3 days per week, with the remainder worked remotely.
