A community-focused housing organization in Stockport is seeking a Compliance Manager (Fire Safety and Lifts). This role involves ensuring safety compliance in housing, leading fire safety initiatives, and managing relationships with contractors. Ideal candidates will have strong fire safety knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively. The organization offers a hybrid work environment and values diversity within teams. As our Compliance Manager (Fire Safety and Lifts), you will play a key role in ensuring our homes and buildings remain safe, compliant, and well managed. You will provide leadership, technical expertise, and assurance across fire safety and lift safety, helping to protect residents and meet our statutory obligations.
