# Payroll Specialist## Job IntroductionAre you the kind of payroll pro who *lives for accuracy* **What you’ll be doing**In this stand-alone role, you’ll be the go to expert for all things payroll and pensions, responsible for delivering a smooth, accurate and compliant service every month. You'll:* Run the **full end-to-end payroll** process - nothing is outsourced, so this is your world to own.* Ensure colleagues are paid correctly and on time, every time.* Manage statutory payments and legislative compliance (SSP, SMP, PAYE, NI etc.)* Oversee pension administration including auto-enrolment and provider reconciliations.* Produce RTI submissions, year-end returns, P60s, P11Ds and all the other essentials that keep us compliant.* Partner with Finance to deliver accurate reporting and reconciliations.* Tackle queries with empathy, patience and professionalism - even when the pressure is on.**What we’re looking for**This role will suit someone who’s been *the* payroll person before - someone who knows the rhythm, the pressures, and the satisfaction of delivering a flawless payroll process end‑to‑end.
