Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Workshop/Technician management role is essential.
• Good stakeholder management and customer management skills are required.
• Full driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Technicians and the daily processing of work.
• Control the management of aged work in progress to meet customer SLAs.
• Assign job sheets and cross-reference job times.
