Renault Swansea seeks a Vehicle Smart Repairer to join our dealership’s workshop.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cosmetic repairs on motor vehicles to the highest standards while maintaining accurate first-time fixes within set smart repair times and to customer satisfaction.
• Provide common services including small- and medium-sized scratch, chip and scuff repair, and paintless dent removal.
• Identify additional faults and recommend further repair according to dealership and manufacturer factory standards.

Requirements

• Bodyshop or smart repair qualification.
• Own hand tools and protective footwear.
• Full UK Driver’s license.
• Paint booth heat lamps, paint stock, consumables and PPE will be provided by the employer.

Hours

Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. 40 hours per week.

Salary and Benefits

£32,450 pa basic salary plus consistent monthly bonuses between £500 and £850 per month. OTE circa £43,800 pa.
