A successful motor retail group in Bristol is seeking a Smart Repair Technician to provide professional repairs for various vehicle makes while ensuring quality and accuracy. This role requires an experienced technician with relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ. The position offers a basic salary of £45k plus commissions and bonuses, supporting work-life balance with a 5-day working week and 31 days of annual holiday.
Due to the continuing success of Waylands, we are looking to grow the team at our Honda Bristol branch and recruit a Smart Repair Technician.
This is a key position which has a major part in achieving our success, by providing a professional 'right first-time repairs' to our customers and dealerships.
This position is to fulfil dealership requirements, and to carry out any scheduled repairs that have been pre-arranged. This role will involve carrying out preparation work, local paintwork, light filling repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on vehicles, to name but a few of the tasks.
In order to be successful for this role you will be an experienced SMART Repair Technician and will possess all relevant qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ). Ideally you will be experienced in the repair of all makes of vehicles, be proficient and accurate, with the ability to work within time constraints and deadlines. You will be able to work within guidelines ensuring 'right first-time repairs'.
