Qualifications

  • Experience of supporting people in vulnerable situations, particularly domestic violence victims.
  • Knowledge of legal responsibilities regarding safeguarding and data protection.
  • Strong crisis management skills in stressful situations.
  • Experience managing a team in frontline support.
