You will need excellent customer service skills and time management abilities to thrive in this fast-paced environment. Our family is made up of many different people. We embrace diversity and believe in treating everyone equally to ensure that everyone has the same opportunities to grow, develop and progress in theircareers.
Our client, a world-renowned law firm based near Moorgate Station, is preparing to open the doors to a brand-new workplace — and we’re looking for exceptional Welcome Hosts to help bring this space to life.
As a Welcome Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for everyone entering the building, from colleagues to clients and guests. You’ll set the tone for the day with a friendly welcome, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful connections.
This role calls for someone who is constantly on the move, ready to help wherever needed, while maintaining a calm and approachable presence.
You’ll play a key part in shaping the welcome experience, helping to build a culture that’s inclusive, energising, and inspiring. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love interacting with people, and want to be part of something transformative, we’d love to hear from you.
Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7am-10pm. Monday-Friday.
Salary: £32,000
This is a physically active role, and you’ll be on your feet for most of the working day. This role would be great for someone who has Doorman or Concierge experience.
We’re looking for personable and presentable people, with a strong customer-first mindset. You’ll excel at managing your own time, prioritising tasks, and handling queries with professionalism and empathy.
While experience in a law firm is a bonus, it’s not essential — what matters most is your ability to connect with people and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
