Job summary

A leading healthcare company in the UK is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to spearhead critical change initiatives within the Wellness division. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end transformation projects, aligning technology, processes, and people. The employer values a background in project management, particularly in FMCG or retail settings, and a commitment to improving wellness outcomes. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Nottingham, with opportunities for engagement across diverse teams and locations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally delivering cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning ideas into real outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of allocated projects using best-practice project management methods.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Provide clear reporting to the Programme Manager and stakeholders.
  • Manage project plans, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and change control.
