Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience in the full life cycle of projects from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.
• Experience overseeing and supporting delivery of high value building services projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety message is visible and alive throughout all project activities.
• Participate in pre-commencement activities to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Review project scope to ensure provision of the customer’s requirements.
• Identify project risks and opportunities, taking responsibility for mitigation.
• Ensure engineering solutions meet financial and commercial objectives.
• Provide timely information on site progress to Project Managers.
• Manage subcontract resource as required.
• Provide leadership to project team members.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Ensure project closure maximizes profitability.
