Job summary

A leading transportation authority is seeking a LIFT AND ESCALATOR ELECTROMECHANIC apprentice. The role involves maintaining escalators and lifts primarily during night shifts, which encompasses a diverse range of mechanical and electrical work. The apprenticeship lasts three years and includes opportunities for growth within the organization. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 GCSEs in Maths and English and be at least 18 years old by September 2026. Training and qualifications are provided throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold or work toward a minimum of 2 GCSEs A*-C/grade 4 or above including Maths and English.

• Maintain and repair escalators and lifts during night shifts.
