Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English.
• Full UK driving licence or commitment to achieve one within 12 months.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support installation of lifts or escalators on construction sites.
• Assemble mechanical components and wiring as per instructions.
• Use hand tools and lifting equipment safely.
• Assist with testing and safety checks before handover.
• Travel to multiple sites in Birmingham.
• Complete classroom-based learning and assessments.
