Job Description

This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You’ll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Hastings, VIC

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 9:00am + 2:45pm - 6:00pm + 2 hours admin.

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you’ll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
