YMCA Queensland is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Regional Manager to join our Outside School Hours Care team. This role will oversee operations across approximately 35 services in a geographical area, while working collaboratively with respective Area Operations Managers and Service Coordinators to ensure optimum operational performance, overall high quality of service delivery to all stakeholders and management of regulatory compliance. The role is dynamic and is focused on assurance and supporting the team to do the best they can by our services.
