From the earliest planning stages, you’ll work with cross functional product teams and customers to define the right level of non‑functional testing needed for each solution. You’ll design and run performance, resilience, recovery, volume, and security tests, using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner to uncover how our systems behave under pressure. You’ll create clear test approaches, plans, scripts, data sets, and reports that help teams understand risks and make confident decisions. You’ll also take ownership of our products’ overall performance including, availability, scalability, security, and resilience. Using insights on expected volumes, scalability requirements, and disaster-recovery scenarios, you’ll plan and execute the tests that ensure we’re ready for peak demand and unexpected events. **Who are we looking for** You'll be a seasoned Non‑Functional Test Analyst who’s curious, analytical and passionate about building systems that excel under real‑world conditions. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy diving into how things work, spotting patterns in performance data, and challenging teams to push their solutions further. You’ll bring strong experience across non‑functional testing, from performance and resilience to recovery, volume, and security, and you’ll be confident using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner to uncover how systems behave under pressure. Just as importantly, you’ll know how to translate those findings into clear insights that help teams make smart decisions. We’re looking for someone who enjoys partnering with product teams, guiding them on what good looks like from the earliest stages of delivery.
