Job Info:

Manage delivery of sheeting and cladding contracts from receipt of order through to completion, ensuring quality, health & safety, programme, and profitability targets are met or exceeded. Monitor daily site progress, induct and manage sub-contractors and direct labour, produce comprehensive weekly reports (H&S, quality, scaffold inspections, site visits), and maintain strong client relationships. Plan project logistics, identify variations, conduct toolbox talks, measure completed works for valuations, and work towards zero snagging targets. Must have sheeting and cladding experience as a contracts supervisor within the roofing refurbishment sector.
