Qualifications

• Proven contracts supervisor experience specifically in sheeting and cladding within the roofing refurbishment sector.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication abilities for liaising with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of sheeting and cladding contracts from receipt of order through to completion.
• Monitor daily site progress, induct and manage sub-contractors and direct labour.
• Produce comprehensive weekly reports (H&S, quality, scaffold inspections).
• Plan project logistics, identify variations, and conduct toolbox talks.
