Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT & Telecoms support or delivery roles.
• Subject matter expert in Networking, Voice Systems, Server & Storage, or Cloud Technologies.
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility for overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IT projects from upgrades to major transformations.
• Handle escalations and complex technical challenges.
• Design and implement best-practice solutions across various infrastructures.
• Conduct site surveys and technical scoping sessions with clients.

IT & Telecoms support experience

Networking knowledge (VLANs, routing, wireless)

Voice Systems expertise (SIP, hosted voice)
