Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and software issues.
• Perform OS imaging, device setup, and deployments.
• Provide basic network support (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow.
• Support printers, industrial scanners, and AV solutions.
• Deliver VIP / Executive support.
• Ensure adherence to project and compliance standards.
