About the role as Finance Director

This is a high-impact, on‑site role based at our office in London, where you’ll steer the strategic and operational direction of our finance department. Leading a dedicated in‑house team of six (including accounting, payroll, treasury, and business development roles), your mission is to drive compliance, structure, and profitability while fostering engagement and collaboration across the department. You will work closely with HR and report directly to the CEO/Managing Director.

A selection of your responsibilities includes:

• Leading and developing the finance team (6 people)
• Owning budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management
• Ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and legal obligations
• Providing strategic financial insights to the CEO and management
• Overseeing contracts, payroll, and internal financial controls
• Driving improvements in processes, systems, and structure
