Job summary

A growing broadband provider in Willerby is seeking an HR Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include managing HR admin, assisting with employee relations, and ensuring accurate records. The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience and knowledge of UK employment law. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative or assistant role.
  • Experience supporting Employee Relations processes such as disciplinaries or grievances.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of HR admin, from contracts to keeping employee records accurate.
  • Provide support for ER cases, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance processes.
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries for all managers and employees.

CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR qualification
