• Demonstrated previous managerial or supervisory experience in a Reservations and/or Conference & Events Sales function.
• Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators.
• Ability to motivate the team to achieve high levels of performance.

• Maximise all Group, Conference, and Event revenue opportunities.
• Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel.
• Manage and develop the GCE Sales Team.
