Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or relocation housing sales.
• Experience managing client portfolios with annual revenues of £3m+.
• Local knowledge and contacts in the local region.

Responsibilities

• Develop local sales plans for properties in the portfolio.
• Deliver and exceed individual and team targets.
• Nurture existing relationships while seeking and winning new business.
• Manage key clients within the corporate segment to maximise revenue.
