Qualifications

• At least one year of hotel or reservations experience, preferably in a Cluster or Regional role.
• Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office, with supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Champion a genuinely guest-focused culture within the Reservations team.
• Lead and support the Reservations team, deputizing for the Cluster Reservations Manager.
• Maintain expert knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, packages, and promotions.
