Overview

Location: Liverpool City Region, with travel across the North West

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours

Job Type: Permanent

Shortlisting: 25th Feb

What your week may look like

  • You will be responsible for the effective operational management of our Homeless Temporary Accommodation Services and contract management.
  • You will line manage the Service Managers at allocated sites and provide day to day support, management, and leadership within the organisation.
  • You will have overall responsibility for ensuring high-quality services are delivered, which meet KPI s and standards, so audits, checks and balances will be part of your week.
  • You will be reporting to the Director of Homeless Services.
  • You will spend time with the people we support and our frontline teams providing visible and effective leadership

  • Knowledge of current housing and health policies including the Care Act
  • Knowledge of:
  • Housing law, employment law, planning law, health and safety legislation and charity law
  • Knowledge of mental health policy and Mental Health Act/Mental Capacity Act
