• Minimum 3 years of HGV driving experience, including multiple HGV modes.
• Strong working knowledge of driver legislation and health & safety requirements.
• Proven experience in driver training and/or transport roles.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding of drivers.
• Provide ongoing driver training and development.
• Maintain driver competence and training records.
