The Role

Reporting to the Head of Creative Arts, you will be part of a welcoming and supportive wider team. This is an exciting opportunity to serve as the sole teacher of Design with the freedom to shape your curriculum, using the wider Lift curriculum as a foundation. The role also offers future leadership opportunities within the faculty, making it ideal for an ambitious teacher looking to grow their career.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

You will have experience delivering a broad and balanced curriculum and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and motivated to achieve their full potential. You will be confident in planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress effectively, and providing high‑quality feedback that raises standards and outcomes.

You will also work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff, as well as parents, to support students’ personal development, respond to individual needs, and promote a culture of inclusion, ambition, and high expectations.
