We are seeking a receptionist to join our team at Lift Wishmore. The role is key as the initial point of contact for visitors, parents and carers, serving as the face and voice of the academy. They will warmly welcome visitors, parents and carers with professionalism, offering assistance and guidance, and demonstrate a passion for working to support our students. The role is responsible for managing incoming calls, directing enquiries to the appropriate staff, signing in visitors, parents and students, scheduling appointments, coordinating deliveries and disseminating crucial information with precision and efficiency.
You will have experience of working in a customer‑facing role, be organized, and have knowledge and use of general office equipment. You should be aware of safeguarding and child protection and able to manage telephone calls and staff queries in a professional manner.
Lift Wishmore is a special school in Chobham, Surrey for boys aged 7 to 16 years who have social, emotional and mental health difficulties. We can admit up to 82 pupils, resulting in small class sizes and close work with our students. Set in beautiful grounds, we provide high quality CPD to all staff routed through the instructional excellence model.
