Qualifications

• Previous experience within a car or commercial vehicle workshop service desk is required.
• Flexible approach to working hours is preferred.
• A good level of technical knowledge and experience in mechanical repair is essential.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone or in person.
• Booking in vehicles for service and repairs.
• Explaining the repair process to customers.
• Obtaining order numbers when required.
• Handling calls and general enquiries.

Skills

Technical knowledge of commercial vehicles

Ability to organise own workload

Good communication skills

Proficiency in PC skills

Current full driving licence
