SiliconSpires is a growing technology events brand, created by Humand Talent. We run community focused tech events that bring people together, showcase great companies, and celebrate innovation.

So far, the concept is proven. Our events have been sponsored, promoted, and hosted by well known organisations including TripAdvisor and Viator. The demand is there and the feedback has been strong.

Now we want to take the next step.

Our ambition is to spin SiliconSpires out as a sister business to Humand Talent and build a flagship annual technology event, supported by fringe events across the city and beyond. The goal is to make something bigger, better, and genuinely meaningful for the tech community, while working towards a sustainable and potentially profitable model.

The ideas are ready. The process is in place. What we need now is the right person to join as a Co Founder and operate hands on alongside the existing Founder.

What we are looking for...

• Community focused mindset and genuine interest in building inclusive events
• Experience running events or managing event logistics
• Marketing and sales experience, especially around promotion and partnerships
• Strong interest in technology and the tech ecosystem
• Experience with sponsorship management or sponsorship sales
• Confident with social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok
• Ability to create promotional materials and help shape the brand presence

What you will be doing

• Helping lead and grow SiliconSpires as a standalone brand
• Working closely with the existing Founder on strategy and delivery
• Owning and improving parts of the event operation
• Building relationships with sponsors, partners, and the wider community
• Helping turn a great event into a long term platform

This role suits someone entrepreneurial, practical, and community driven. Someone who enjoys getting stuck in and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.
