We work as one to achieve our vision of being the world’s most trusted, innovative, liquidity and data solutions specialist.**Role Overview**TP ICAP’s Management Information Division (MID) is responsible for providing financial analysis and transactional support to the firm’s decision-makers in connection with a wide range of initiatives, including business performance, corporate development, acquisitions and resource allocation. MID also manages a number of the firm’s strategic internal projects and works in close partnership with the firm’s Senior Management to develop and implement the firm’s long-term business strategy.As part of MID, you will be required to provide ongoing quantitative analysis and financial recommendations on a variety of external and internal projects/initiatives, including ongoing business performance and strategic projects. The position involves minimal day-to-day direction and requires the flexibility to manage diverse projects simultaneously. In addition to the firm’s Senior Management, you will have direct interaction with multiple front office units, as well as the firm’s Finance, Legal, HR and Operations departments. You also will be required to act as conduit between these groups, and the ideal candidate thus will be able to excel in a multi-tasked, dynamic work environment.**Role Responsibilities*** Performing ad hoc financial analysis as requested by senior management, including reviewing data, producing models, synthesizing conclusions and developing recommendations;* Assisting in all aspects of corporate acquisitions, including initial planning, valuation, formal due diligence, execution and post-closing integration;* Helping front office managers develop new opportunities and manage existing businesses in a manner that is consistent with the firm’s long-term strategic objectives, including formal review of monthly business unit performance;* Collecting, compiling and translating complex data from several sources into standard formats for use and review by senior management;* Conducting market analysis on industry trends, clients, competitors, new product offerings and external costs;* Identifying and implementing new processes to achieve greater organisational efficiency and effectiveness; and* Creating and maintaining internal general financial and reporting schedules as requested.**Experience / Competences**Essential* Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. Finance, Economics, ACCA, CIMA).* Proven subject matter expertise in areas related to Financial Services, product control producing management information or Business Partnering.* Advanced skills in Excel modelling.* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.* Demonstrated ability to deliver insights and advisory support in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and scope.* Experience in financial analysis, decision support, business decision modelling & new product/business due diligence.Desired* Professional certification such as CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA* Passionate about data and analytics, with a commitment to driving insights that inform decision-making.* Exposure to technical finance or regulatory frameworks.* Familiarity with industry trends, regulatory considerations, and financial market structures.* Familiarity with Oracle, OneStream, PowerBI or QlickSense to facilitate data interrogation and reporting.**Job Band & Level:** Manager / 6#LI-MID #LI-Hybrid**Company Statement**We know that the best innovation happens when diverse people with different perspectives and skills work together in an inclusive atmosphere.
