It should act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers within designated business functions in the Americas region, providing hands-on, client facing support relating to employee matters and associated policies, processes, and system management.**Role Responsibilities**Business Support* Build a good understanding of client groups’ business strategic priorities and contribute to the development of HR plans aligned to business requirements* Support the delivery and implementation of HR initiatives* Assist leaders to understand their people challenges and provide guidance and support* Participate in initiatives to improve culture and employee engagement for client groups and ongoing reinforcement of initiatives* Respond to general advisory queries from the business and the HR Operations team* Conduct exit interviews and produce regular reports and analysis# Employee Relations* Work with the ER team, to support cases, ensuring adherence to group policy and local requirements* Support client cases of underperformance, ensuring action taken is in accordance with group policy and local requirements* Assist in termination and restructuring processes, carrying out consultation meetings, calculating severance costs and preparing approval paperwork# Talent* Assist HR Business Partners with the management of the organisation’s talent lifecycle process – talent and succession, development planning, calibration process, promotion and progression and annual performance review# HR Analytics* Seek to improve the data quality and produce analysis to measure the effective implementation and execution of HR initiatives* Generate and circulate HR monthly reports, updating and enhancing as required, offering observations and insights based on own analysis* Produce ad-hoc reports as required by the team and client groups* Responsible for WIP tracking for the wider Advisory team# Resourcing* Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify potential resourcing solutions* Conduct HR interviews when required providing structured feedback to client groups on suitability* Escalate to the HR Business Partners concerns with selection decisions, highlighting leader training needs and coaching leaders directly, where necessary in aspects of Recruitment and Selection, Diversity & Inclusion, Induction and Onboarding# General* Play an active role within the team environment, working collaboratively with HR CoEs, sharing knowledge and business insights to facilitate joined up HR execution* Proactively and collaboratively partner with HR Operations to ensure first class business delivery.
