Responsibilities

• Identify potential warranty work.
• Liaise with the manufacturer to authorize works.
• Process warranty claims within manufacturer guidelines.
• Schedule warranty work with the workshop.
• Ensure appeals on under and overpayments.
• Monitor departmental profitability and revenue.
