A charitable organization is seeking a passionate Support Worker in Alfreton to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will assist with daily activities and provide emotional support in a 24hr care environment. The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for supporting others, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work various shifts, including sleep-ins. This role offers £12.60 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
This role requires you to be a driver and you must be able to do sleep‑ins when required.
All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life! Shifts will include weekdays, weekends and bank holidays, as well as sleep‑ins. For a sleep‑in you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
