Position Overview

Are you looking for your next role as a Food & Beverage Supervisor? We have an opening for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham. This is a part‑time role: 20 hours a week with varied shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will help to support the day‑to‑day running of the hotel dining areas, providing high quality food and beverage experiences for all guests. You will contribute to the monthly sales performance and service standards, collaborating with, leading and training the waiting team.

Qualifications & Experience

• You have restaurant and bar experience and a service‑oriented approach with a passion for high standards and delivering memorable experiences.
• You have a positive approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
• You will be organised, flexible and able to work well under pressure.
