Responsibilities

  • Help large customers drive procurement success on the Zip platform.
  • Partner with customers to deliver business outcomes continuously.
  • Act as a procurement advisor to educate customers on best practices.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across various teams.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage customer health using data-driven metrics.
