This is a high-impact, senior commercial role responsible for driving new client acquisition across all Doyle Security services.
The Head of New Business will lead the front end of the sales process, identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, leading pitches, and securing contracts while working closely with Directors, Operations, Technical, and Marketing teams to ensure all new business is profitable, deliverable, compliant, and aligned with long-term strategy.
This role is pivotal to Doyle Security’s continued growth and will suit someone who combines commercial drive with credibility, judgement, and the ability to build something sustainable.
To lead and drive new business acquisition across Doyle Security, securing high-quality clients and contracts that strengthen the company’s market position, reputation, and long-term profitability.
The role focuses exclusively on new business generation, ensuring opportunities won reflect Doyle Security’s standards, values, and operational capabilities.
