A leading engineering firm in the United Kingdom is looking for a Systems Engineering Team Lead to oversee a team responsible for the design, development, and support of complex engineering projects. This role emphasizes team leadership, project delivery, and providing technical support for business development. The candidate should possess experience in verification and validation processes and have strong leadership skills. The position offers flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary package.

Taking responsibility for a team of Systems Engineers in the design, development and support of our products. Leading the team to progress the design, development, design proving, test, commissioning, and in-service support of equipment.
Systems Engineering Team Lead will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working.
The salary for this role is up to £80k, depending on experience.
