Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a QS on major civil engineering projects.
• Expertise in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of contract forms and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-contract commercial management including budgets and final accounts.
• Build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders for project success.
• Mentor and manage junior QSs to ensure high standards.
