We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Quality & Practical Development Lead to join our national team.

This is a home-based role, working 40 hours per week, with national travel required.

In this influential role, you will help shape and embed outstanding practice across the organisation, ensuring quality, innovation and evidence-based approaches remain at the heart of everything we do.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the design and delivery of practice development strategies across the organisation
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing specialist advice on quality and practice within health and social care
  • Analyse data, audits and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Support operational teams and leaders to strengthen practice, capability and consistency
  • Review, develop and maintain policies, procedures and practice guidance
  • Champion best practice and share learning and innovation across Potens
  • Produce clear, high-quality reports and insights to support strategic decision-making
