A care provider seeks a Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities at Bournebridge House. The ideal candidate has a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learn, with no prior experience necessary as full training will be provided. Responsibilities include supporting residents in various activities and ensuring a homely environment. Staff will benefit from a comprehensive package that includes competitive pay, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for professional development. A driving licence and vehicle are required due to the role's location.

All applicants must hold a full, valid, and clean driving licence and have their own vehicle due to the location and the needs of the service.
Bournebridge House is set in six acres of land, giving us a beautiful working environment and great surroundings. This is a residential service where we support young adults with learning disabilities and or autism.
