Job Summary

Dish Washer & Kitchen Helper position is responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Wash dishes in restaurant and banquet kitchen.
• Help with preparing salads, freshly made sandwiches and wraps in our restaurant.
• Sweeping and mopping floor at the end of shift.
• Light prep duties.
• Assist with putting away orders.
• Ensures SCC Health & Safety policies, WHIMIS training and standards are followed.
• Ensure the cleanliness of kitchens including cleaning of the kitchens, and equipment as required.

Experience

This is an entry level position, Food Handlers Certificate preferred but not required.

Work Environment

Work in restaurant/kitchen area can be very hot during the summer months, very steamy, greasy atmosphere, as well as outdoor environments.

Hourly Rate

$17.70/hr. plus Tip share
