Job Summary: Line Cook Lead & Chef De Cuisine position is responsible for the following but not limited to.

Experience: Qualifications; minimum 5 years’ kitchen experience. Food Handlers Certificate preferred but not required, Smart Serve preferred but not required.
Work Environment: Work in restaurant/kitchen area can be very hot during the summer months, very steamy, greasy atmosphere, as well as outdoor environments.
Hourly Rate: $24.50/hr. plus Tip share
