# Teacher - Beauty Therapies (Variable Hours)## About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Beauty Therapy Teacher to join our team and support learners to achieve their full potential in the beauty industry.In this role, you will deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons, ensuring learners develop industry-standard skills, professional behaviours, and the confidence needed for employment, apprenticeships, or further study. You will plan and assess learning in line with awarding body requirements while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene within training salons and classrooms.The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching, committed to inclusive practice, and able to motivate learners of varying abilities. You will also contribute to curriculum development, learner progress tracking, and quality improvement activities.This role is ideal for an experienced beauty professional who enjoys developing others and maintaining strong links with industry practice.**Please note, this is a variable hours contract.
