Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in fabrication and welding within a workshop environment2. Set and monitor SMART targets to support learner achievement and progression5. Motivate and support FE learners to develop practical skills, knowledge and employability6. Carry out internal verification/moderation and contribute to quality improvement7. Participate in course promotion, recruitment activities and examination processes8.
