A housing support organization in the UK is seeking an individual to provide administrative support in delivery of housing services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer focus, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include managing rent arrears, allocations, and repairs, as well as assisting in tenancy and estates management. This is a full-time temporary role covering maternity leave until December 2026.
Temporary (Maternity cover to 18 December 2026)
35 hrs per week, Monday to Friday
Grade: EVH 5 (PA 13 – 16)

We are looking to recruit a highly customer focussed individual with exceptional administrative, communication and organisational skills who is able to operate effectively within a strong performance culture
You will play a key administrative support role in the delivery of housing services across a range of activities including rent arrears, factoring, allocations, repairs and maintenance as well as voids, tenancy and estates management.
The successful candidate will ideally have relevant proven experience (not necessarily in a housing environment), be self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good computer literacy (ideally in Microsoft packages) and must have well developed accuracy, organisational and analytical skills to enable the delivery of high quality services for our customers.
